Stars Hamburgers in Arcata is a nice burger place. Good burgers and fries. Come here for their milk shakes! They are amazing! The staff are fun and nice to talk to. I like the layout for seating in the restaurant. Doesn't feel crowded. If you are in the Arcata area. Definitely check it out!

Great service, great food, and great prices

It's farm fresh, tasty, and cooked to order. The staff is friendly. There's parking options in the back for about 10-12 cars. They could benefit from a new point of sale system that accepts Google and Apple pay. A meal here will cost you about 15 bucks a person; 10 per person in you share fries and a shake/drink.

We were excited to try this place but were disappointed with what we got. The patty was thin and much smaller than the bun. It also didn't taste very fresh. The fries were okay. This seems like a great affordable place for a quick bite between classes but certainly not the best burgers in town.

The original Krusty Krab has the best fries and prices. I would stear towards red meat or fish. Not a fan of the chicken bacon. Also add ranch.

When you're going to put a food item in the name of the establishment, you should deliver a solid product. Luckily for you, Stars Hamburgers doesn't serve orbs of burning gas. Instead, as far as burgers go, you get a delicious meal that is freshly prepared and presented in a clean casual environment.I like that they have a counter, so that's a great option if you're flying solo. There are several varieties of burger to choose from, so you can take a pick of what you're into. I went during a special burger week and really liked the Buffalo Burger. They also do shakes, and my Cookies N' Cream was amazing.Overall, a solid stop for a burger. It's a popular spot during the school year, so you might find it a bit crowded at times. I don't like how they ask you if you want to add a tip at the point of sale, but I understand their reasoning.

AWESOME! My most favorite burger joint in 20 states (only 20 because I haven't been to the other 30). This place is friendly, great food, employees to DIE for and great management. Comes through as amazing "homemade" food and exceptional service. Family friendly and won't break the bank.***I am only a customer. I don't work there, nor have I ever worked there.***

Awesome burgers. Any way you like it. Old fashion milkshakes. The “burger basket” comes with fries. Basket + milkshake is all that I can eat. Some would say that I am a big man. Oh yeah, tastes good/cooked right.

They will cook a rare burger and it tastes great. Not many places will do that. The meat is fresh enough to do that. Great food.

Don't get it twisted, 3.5 stars (C'mon google allow half stars)It's ok. Not great, not terrible. I would definitely check it out if you are in town. However, it isn't a must taste.Burgers grilled on electric stove, beef is grass feed, patties are a bit small, buns are whole wheat. Not bad

Always delicious, grass fed beef, fries on point! Great new deck out front, but wish we could bring cups and baskets outside to reduce waste. Five stars for Stars!

Great place to eat and meet friends

Cute little place. Some of the best burgers in the world! The buns are to die for. Almost always jam packed which is always a good sign. You will get a feel of the town and the locals. Definitely won't break your pocket book.

I've been coming since the 1990s and always question if my nostalgia inhibits my partiality of loving this place. My go to is a blue cheese burger, or an Ortega burger, or a mushroom burger, or just combining all three into one! Most recently i changed it up and got a double double with extra pickles. I always get the chocolate milk shake and an order of onion rings...sometimes fries extra crispy. Such a delicious meal every damn time! Prices have crept up over the decades, but quality and quantity have not declined.

A neat little hamburger joint with many options for fillings. The meat patty and vegetarian patty are both just as tasty as the other. The fries are nice too. You can get a basket for an affordable price. The vibe is very classic and family friendly, but still up to date. Staff are also friendly. A great place to grab a meal if you are a student.
